Re: Error I have never seen before
I've seen a similar error when a customer has submitted and paid for an order, then used the browser's back button to get to a page that was in the checkout process. On my install it fails after 3 attempts, not 100. If you look at the time of the error and compare it to that customer's page view history I'll bet it's the same for you. This started happening after the One Page Checkout default was replaced in our 7.0.3 upgrade.
