Google Base Feed Creation Error

We have created a Google base feed previously and did not change any settings. However, when we now try to create a Google feed, we get the following error message:
FAILED
* An unexpected error occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Any ideas on what would cause this to happen?
