Different Product Price by Country

What is the easiest way to create a product that has a price that varies by country. Example:

US - $75, Can/Mex $90, All Other countries - $125

Well if the users buying the products are always registered then you can create user groups for countries and placed respective users in those groups. Finally you can create pricing rules on your product to show proper price to each user.
