Up.gif and down.gif not displaying in cart

Hello,
We have just started using the AbleCommerce (7.0.4) and everything seems fine, except when we add an item, then view it in the cart there are placeholders for <More> and <Less> however the images are not being displayed - if you go to the homepage, click on add to cart and you will see what I mean.... http://www.intellivapor.com
I have checked and it does appear to have a folder labeled "images" off the root directory and the images up.gif and down.gif are there.
Any ideas????
