AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I am Asp.net developer but a newbie on Ablecommerce.I am going to customize Ablecommerce 7 software for someone.He gave me the online address where I could download ACS7 files.I downloaded it and after build it in vs08 deploy it on local IIS5.x. I am using winXP,you know.I have taken care of all the precautions described in one of the article in forum for development in local environment. Now when i write "http://192.168.15.3/TestAbleComm" and hit enter, the address bar changed to http://www.safetekusa.com/TestAbleComm/Default.aspx and I got the error message "The resource cannot be found".
what will be the problem? Please guide.

Be sure you are not trying to use your clients key. That would force it over to the domain listed in the key. Do the installation as a 30 day evaluation and have your client request a dev key for you for 192.168.15.3.
