Missing Documentation?

Maybe I'm just missing it, but is there a section on http://help.ablecommerce.com for managing your catalog? Specifically for adding kits? I want to provide a client with instructions, but I can't find anything about adding products, categories, webpages, links, or anything else under the Catalog drop down in the admin (or for the Manage, People or Reports menus either for that matter).

(User Guide/ Getting Started/ Quick Start Guide Part 3 ) Adresses adding products etc. Not sure if Kits are in there.
