AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Hi,
I'm using the AbleCom. hosted demo. I can't for the life of me get any coupon to work. I've checked the item detail to make sure nothing is an issue there. I've tested the coupon in most conceivable modes including applying it to all products or a single product. There are no limitations regarding "groups". The date range is set and accurate. Every time I get an error saying the coupon does not apply to anything in my cart. I made sure shipping was calculated, everything filled in. The demo version seems to be 7.03.
Any ideas?

I am not sure what you are missing. Is this a shipping coupon? If this is the case and a certain shipping method is required for this coupon make sure that on checkout page you have selected shipping method before applying the coupon.

I tried every coupon type; I created one of each. None is accepted when I try testing it out on the demo site.

OK, it ended up I had the item marked as "gift certificate" which Mike pointed out. I fixed that and it works like a charm. Thanks!
