We are intermittently having a problem with the tax rounding in AC 7.0.3. For example, in the following order, the tax should be $9.97 rather than $9.95.

We have 2 tax zones defined one for all of California which has a tax rate of 8.25% and one for residents of Marin County, California with a tax rate of .75%. Both are based on shipping address. The above order was not in Marin County so should have been charged the 8.75 rate. If you multiply 120.84 by 8.25 you get 9.963 whidh should have rounded to 9.97 not 9.95. There are no coupons, discounts, or kits in this order.

Following is the information from help/about. It shows the tax dll level as 7.3.12396.0. The current tax dll is 703b12676 but there is no mention of rounding issues in the description of the fix. Was there some rounding issues fixed other than what is described here or do I have another issue?
