Google seeing duplicate product pages with different urls??

I'm finding in my google webmaster tools that google is finding duplicate title tags and or meta tags. These two pages have different urls...wondering how AC7 is creating these two different pages with different urls.
www.blah.com//productname.aspx
www.blah.com/productname.aspx
In the first example the name actually appears as www.blah.com/2%fproductname.aspx in the search browser but the 2%f shows up as // in webmaster tools
Anybody have any ideas....PLEASE HELP
