Error Message

I'm trying to add the "Product Accessories" feature however when the product is added to the cart it gives the attached message. Any ideas what this error is from?

What is the page where you are using accessories control I mean product or category page? Secondly in which location you placed this control on page means contents section or sidebars? Finally what's your application version?

It is placed on the product page, i just used the option of adding the accessories so I'm not sure what you mean by content or sidebar, version is AbleCommerce 7.0.3 build 12458

Did you made any change to product page? Can you have a look at your application's error log and figure out if there are any details available for this error?

I've looked at the logs and see no error message associated with this error. I haven't made any changes to the pages other than turning the "product accessories" on in the product details.

Can you provide some details of products that you marked as accessories for this one. For example are these simple products or they involve kits etc so that I can give a try to reproduce the case on my local install.

Check for details in App_Data/Logs/app.log file to see if a detailed exception is logged there.
