Need Help Moving from 5.5 to 7.x

Hi There,
I am looking for someone to help convert us over from an Able 5.5 install to Able 7.x install.
We will be setting up some new machines (Web Server and SQL Server) at our data center to be used for our Able Commerce 7.x site. We need a theme that is similar to the theme on our 5.5 site to be implemented on the 7.x machine. We need our catalog exported (about 50 products) and skinned to match our 5.x install. We need to have 2 must have addons installed as well: Joe Payne's Quickbooks module and Shipper 3. We need all our previous orders and customers exported and imported as well. (We may need to run some queries to clean up the data)
We have some custom code that needs to be implemented on the checkout page (affiliate code tracking) which should not be too difficult. Please send me a PM if you can help us. Most likely we will need some support after we go live as well.
