I have posted a few things on here and I believe I should just buy the Source. My questions are before purchasing:
Will I be able to modify the login provider for AbleCommerce?
Will I be able to modify the PayPal Gateway to include an additonal gateway?
Will I be able to modify the affiliate db structure?

Yes with source code purchase you will be able to do changes you mentioned in above post.
