AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

One of our newer coupons does not have data showing on the "Sales by Coupons" report (Reports > Marketing > Coupon Usage) even though it is showing it has been used on the "Manage Coupons" (Marketing > Coupons) page.

Why is this data not showing up? How long does it take for the report to be updated?

Make sure for those orders where you applied the coupon those are paid and marked as paid.
