Coupon Start/End TIME

You can specify coupon start and end DATES, but not TIMES. What is the DEFAULT start and end time? Is it midnight??

Yes the start time will be the second the system clock registers the date that the coupon starts and stops.

Start date is as soon as it switches to that date

End date is when it switches past that date

So if you wanted a one day sale the start and end date would be the same date.
