Cookies NOT being persisted!! HELP!

We have a 3rd party that sets a cookie, then forwards to a page on our site. The cookie is there on that page load, but if a user clicks a link on the site to go to any other page, the COOKIE DISAPPEARS!!

HOW can I make this 3rd party cookie stay with the users session?!?! WHY is the cookie being deleted??

Just a quick guess, not sure, . .
but is the name of the 3rd party cookie the same name as the one as AC7's?

Thanks for the reply... good thought... I checked and they are different... so it's definitely not that. It would have been awesome if that was the case... simple fix.

It would depend on how the 3rd party is sending the cookie and the customizations you have done to store it in Able session. I have had to create new cookies in Able and you should be able to do that by picking up the 3rd party cookie then adding it to Able. I'm not sure that it would work any other way.
