I have Paypal IPN setup correctly with https://www.needabulb.com/ProcessPayPal.ashx

Autoreturn is off
Payment data transfer is off.
Using PayPal Standard Payments

I checkout on the site, get redirected to paypal.com, enter payment information, and get to the paypal page confirming the payment when through.

Then once we click on link to return to our website, the order still shows as payment pending.

It does not seem that the IPN messages are getting back to our site.

I've scoured previous posts, and don't see anything wrong, and don't see any errors popping up anywhere.

What gives?

Can you check your Instant Payment Notification (IPN) history and see what is their status or any extra information about what's happening with notifications. Those will be getting failed if paypal is having some problem accessing IPN listener on your website.

HTTP response code: 200

Delivery status: Sent

No. of retries: 0

IPN type: Transaction made
