How best to upgrade 7.0 to most current 7.0 version

I am looking for the best way to upgrade one of my client's sites running an early version of AC 7.0, which we have identified some bugs with, to the most current version (7.0.4?). What is the best way to do this? I'm not sure if we have any sort of upgrade subscription through Able, and if need be, we'll purchased an upgrade, just need to know where to start. Thanks!
