Problems with email "ESD File Activated"

I give up!!! I was fighting this issue for a week

Here is the problem.
We are going to sell downloadable digital goods as well as regular shippable items.
I am having few problems with tuning "ESD File Activated" email template.
1.
Within provided file "ESD File Activated.html" there are few references to the $orderItemDigitalGood , but this object is not working.
It is not in the list of available objects (http://wiki.ablecommerce.com/index.php/ ... _Templates)
For example here is the line from the email to the customer:
"View your Order Online and click on the Download icon next to $orderItemDigitalGood.DigitalGood.Name"

2. What event suppose to trigger this email?
I set it to "Order with shippable items was fully paid" and "Order without shippable items was fully paid". I played with different variations.
Anyway its not working properly.

Does anybody had same issues? Any suggestions? And better, solutions.

You don't need to set any trigger on "ESD File Activated.html" template. Simply uncheck all triggers from this template. Then go to your digital good and select suitable Activation Mode for example full payment. Then for Activation Email: select ESD File Activate template and save digital good settings. Now in order to test you can simply configure AbleCommerce test Gateway with mode Authorize & Capture and associate it with Visa payment method. Finally from your account go to retail side and purchase specific digital good and then checkout using some demo visa card number. You will receive the activate email.
