URL structure is changed due to migration from AC5 to AC7

We are transferring our site from version 5 to 7.0.4
Site was running on version 5 for few years, so pages and their URLs already exit in search engines indexes.
I cannot find the way to keep old algorithm of rewriting URLs on new version.
Samples:

AC5: mydomain/MyCategoryName-C292_category.aspx
AC7: mydomain/MyCategoryName-C292.aspx ("_category" is missing)

AC5: mydomain/MyProductName-P7236C293_product1.aspx
AC7: mydomain/MyProductName-P7236C293.aspx ("_product1" is missing)

I need some tips, advices, directions to fix that.
