Error while adding new Category

I am getting an error while adding a new category in the database:

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks someone has made changes to database tables. Did you change any of the tables- like take identity off some of the ids?

No changes were made to the database tables. Looking for someone to fix this for me so that we go live with this site soon.
