How can I easily remove the terms and conditions requirement. I have been able to make the text and check box "visible=false" but it stills throws the error on the checkout now click.
I have been looking at this page, Basket.aspx, so if there are other pages involved please let me know.

If you simply remove contents from terms and conditions textbox available on Administration > Configure > Store page then it will not show terms and conditions information.
