7.0.4 code for add notes to "print invoice"

Anyone have version 7.0.4 code to put customer comments on "print invoice". We have made several errors on orders by not noticing customer comments in time. It would be really nice to either see customer comments on the summary page or be able to put them on the invoice. I've tried code from earlier versions but they don't seem to work properly.

Mazhar......I tried your last updated invoices zip file in the thread you list above. But I was having problems. When I went to print invoice it was pulling the wrong invoice (a previous invoice) not related to actual order I was trying to print. I tried files from "compunerdy" above. Invoices printed fine, but still did not show my customer notes. So I'm back at square one.
