Hi ,I am a newbie ,I need to add google analytic code in ablecommerce .How do i go about it ?

You don't need to add the code yourself. Just go to Configure -> Page Tracking and enter your google urchin id there. See the help text on that page for more information.

Configuring Google Analytics
To complete Google Analytics configuration, the pages you want to track in your store should use a footer with Google Analytics Widget.

You can add Google Analytics Widget to the footer by adding [[ConLib:GoogleAnalyticsWidget]] to the footer scriptlet.

For E-Commerce tracking to work, Checkout/Receipt.aspx page must use the footer with Google Analytics Widget.
