Google Analytics Numbers way off

I just did a comparison of the PageViews being reported by AbleCommerce vs Google Analytics for one of our sites.
AbleCommerce is reporting 59,027 pageviews for a 15 day period.
Google Analytics is reporting 21,467 pages for the same period.

From what I've read, you should expect GA numbers to be around 20% low due to things like crawlers, people with JS diabled, people clicking on another page before the full page loading, ...

Has anyone else compared these numbers? What are others seeing? What can I do to get the numbers to be more accurate?

If you're running 7.0.5, also make sure the GA widget has been updated or all the GA eCommerce stats will be off too. There's a bug with GA eCommerce stats in 7.0.5 in the GoogleAnalyticsWidget. I posted the fix to the forums a month or so ago but I forget which post it is.

I've seen my stats off quite a bit between my IIS reports and GA. Some if it is due to some custom .aspx pages I wrote that don't include recording the pageview in AC7. Some if it is because I don't have the GA footer with widget on certain pages.

So the first thing to do is check every single page. Including checkout, member pages, wishlist, contactus etc. Able marks a pageview for just about anything visitor side, but if the GA footer isn't assigned to all the same pages....you'll see what you're seeing now.
