AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

We get a number of orders where the user pays on terms with a PO. We want the ability to allow a user or AP person to log in and make a payment without necessarily placing an order instead of cutting a check. I know that we can process a payment through the admin portion of the site, but it would be great to have the ability for the users to do this themselves.

Is there a way to do this in the current system?

You have a order that was placed via a PO.

Now you want the customer to be able to pay for it online.

If you leave the order with a outstanding balance the customer can log in and click on the order and will have the option to pay the balance owed.
