UPS Online Tools - Shipping Rate Differences

We will be using the UPS Online Tool to calculate our customer shipping costs. We have an account with UPS and currently use their online site for determining the shipping cost and printing labels. The problem is the rate calculated through the Abel store is different (higher) than the rate provided online from the UPS site for our account. I've read the thread on the shipping rate differences and updated our ac_ShipGateways table as identified in the thread by WylieE in 12/2008. But the higher rate still displays.

Has anyone recently encountered this problem and if so, how is it resolved. As always, thanks for the help. Susan

I turned on the UPS logging function and have noticed that the shipper name / password / shipper id and access code are not displaying on the "send" message to UPS. It does have, of course, the shipper city & zip, and the customer city & zip. The receive message back from UPS also contains this warning:

RatedShipmentWarning>Your invoice may vary from the displayed reference rates


Update: the shipper number is appearing on the send message in the log. Do not see the shipper name / password / access code anywhere.
