Just upgraded to 7.0.5.... In configure>email>templates, I have two addresses listed in the templates, but emails are only sending to one recipient (customer). I've tried 'to' 'cc' and 'bcc'. Anyone else have this issue?
Regards,
Karen

Well if you want to send then Email to customer then you should only use keyword "customer" in to address. For a duplicate of same mail on some other address you need to provide that Email address in CC field. Keep in mind keywords like vendor and customer can only be used in to address field.

Still receive this message after listing another address in carbon copy:
Success! Your message is being sent to 1 recipient(s).

Also, why is there a message that "from message should be domain.ltd"?

I have ablecommerce VERSION: 7.0.5.14053 and i got the same issue. I have given the below email ids in Bcc filed of "Customer Order Notification" email template.

email1,email2

After purchasing the product, the customer got 3 mails but the email1 & email2 users didn't get any mails.

Should i need to change any setting? please guide me.

Thanks !
