Super user keeps getting disabled by itself

I do not understand what is happening, but every month or two, the super user account get disabled for no reason. Is there some kind of user expiry maintenance that is happening (if you do not log in for a certain amount of time, your account gets disabled). Or what are other ways the account gets disabled? I could not pinpoint anything in the error or audit logs either. Is there anything I should look for?

What about invalid password attempts, that can lock your account for certain time.

No, the user said there were no invalid password attempts and have verified this in the audit logs. Are they any other ways a user can get disabled?
