AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

One of our clients receives pretty generous discounts from FedEx. They do not want to expose this discounted rate to their users, only the standard rate. Is it possible for AbleCommerce to return the Non Discounted rate(Net Rate i believe) for a FedEx shipment or will we need to establish a separate FedEx account for this?
