Editing orderItem options

Is there any way (for a CSR, using the admin panel) to update a customer's product template responses? Sometimes a customer misspells their input, and our customer service reps need to correct it prior to forwarding the order to our production team.

I can't find anything -- just quantity and price. I can't even replace the order item with a completely new one. All I seem to have is the ability to add a simple "charge" to an order -- which doesn't help me.

It's easy enough to do what I'm trying when creating an order in the admin panel, but not when editing an existing order. Any ideas?

You would have to change the template field to an editable field on a page like the view order page.
