AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Since the upgrade to 7.06 anonymous users placing orders and opting in to our email list are sent an email notification the have signed up (as they should be), but in reality their email is not saved in the list. Trying to opt out from the email returns an error. Of course there is no user account for them but shouldn't they be allowed to be on the mailing list? Is there a setting for this that I can change because we didn't have this problem before 7.06

mm make sure that Email list in question is of type confirmation. If signup to this Email list is verification based then you can't send Emails to such customers those didn't verified their Email addresses.

I guess there are bigger problems. I cannot get it to send a confirmation email or add an anon user no matter how the list is set for verification I have tried all combinations of settings. thanks
