Postdata to checkout/default.aspx without saved basket hash?

Happy Holidays everyone,
I'm trying to schedule an online monitoring system to post to checkout/default.aspx and place a test order every hour. At first glance, it appears this post data relies on a "saved basket." Is there a way to post an order without relying on a saved basket? For example, can I post specific items and quantities?
The post data looks something like this. I don't see a sku in there.
