Hello,

v7.0.4 I don't care if user reuses password on password reset. I placed "0" in password days and history and user still can't reuse same password.

Could be a bug. Consider reporting it to AbleCommerce. You can do this by login in to your AbleCommerce account and going to your my-account section.
