Full Payments Only

We are having an issue with the payment gateway regarding partial Payments.

Suppose a customer ordered products worth of $100 dollars and he has only $50 dollars in his account.
Right now it is taking the partial amount.
Is there any setting in the Payment Gateway to let the transation to be fulfilled only if they have full amount in their credit card?
Please suggest.

Did you ever find a solution for this? This happens all the time to us when a customer uses a prepaid credit card and they do not have enough for the entire order. We are using Authorized.net as well.
