PayFlow PaymentGateway problem -URGENT

Hi,

We are using Ablecommerce 7.03 and have choosen not to upgrade the new versions that come in.

Recently our customers are complaining that the payment has been taken but the merchandise is not received. When we go to Ablecommerce Admin and look for the specific details why the customer was not given merchandise, the details in the "Payments and Orders" of that customer says that the "Payment Failed".
When I look into the database transaction table there are two transactions that are happening with 0 ammount as the value in the amount field.
First transaction 0 amount "Response Message" from Payflow paymentgateway is "Approved, Approved" and "Response Code=0,0",CVV2match=empty
Second transaction for same order 0 ammount "Manual void successful,CVV2match=empty".
And finally it is marked as "Payment Failed".

Our customers insisted that they were charged on the credit card, so when we logged into our Payflow account "They were right". There was a successful transaction and the Payment gateway was returning "ResponseCode=A" with "CVV2=Y" match too.

We haven't customized any code in Paymentgateway module that we got from "Ablecommerce".

Is this a know issue and is there a fix for this? The amount is being taken from the customer but the Payment on Ablecommerce side is marked as "Failed" and hence follwoing that the customer sees "Payment failed" message when he does a transaction.

But once he verifies his bank statement , this is not the case, he was charged.

Appreciate any urgent help to fix this.
