Your licensee is expired for some reason. One reason could be invalid time of your system clock. You can get new demo license by going to install/updatekey.aspx page.

I made it. I update the licence for the 30 days trial.
It wrote the file commercebuilder.lic in the app_data directory with the right date but anyway, I have the same error....
I give to "todos" (everyuser) the complete control of the folder of the web site

this is the commercebuilder.lic file

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<ablecommercelicense version="7.0.0" keytype="DEMO">
<customer>
<name>Rob Barlow</name>
<company>
</company>
<phone>
</phone>
<email>barlow422@gmail.com</email>
</customer>
<demo>true</demo>
<domains>
<domain primary="true">localhost:81</domain>
</domains>
<expiration>2010-05-23</expiration>
<BasePath>YzpcaW5ldHB1Ylx3d3dyb290XA==</BasePath>
<signature>hkv8Hec4j8ksCXamKEULFKIYErXYMDzE2gVZo/qXw42X8yJa0/1NRTpS6mb9tWQ0w+lKIlqaI8V9243sIAlMpIb/qeVEov5/hfdQtIc9AmnfqGtgmtKxo67JFj2+oXJcbBv+fZFVWMKqjukET0TnWhEiIZXXtx1lInyCTY7pm7E=</signature>
</ablecommercelicense>

I'm NOT Rob Barlow and I have not that email. The only right thing is the "localhost:81"
look to expiration date......

I understand what's happened
Mr. Rob Barlow installed ablecommerce at localhost:81 some months ago. During the demo installtion able commerce ask if the demo was installed with the same domain before. ablecommerce ask for "localhost:81" (where i want to install), found a past entry and gave me the same license file.
Now i installed with the real ip of my internal network and everything ok

But the system is bad. nobody else can install a demo on localhost:81 because Rob installed it

regards
