Where is the 301 redirect being generated for the domain without the www.?

Our site is being redirected to http://www.hillcountrycustomcycles.com/default.aspx when the domain comes in without the www. Search engines consider that as a different URL from http://www.hillcountrycustomcycles.com

I did not see any redirect code in the web.config and Global.asax files.

We are in the process of upgrading 7.0.1 to 7.0.6
