Paypal issue
We're using Paypal as a payment option and the customer can pay by Paypal which then captures the payment but does not pass the information back to Able to mark as paid. Any idea how to fix this?

Check you have configured PayPal correctly. There is a callback URL to which PayPal sends callback notifications.

Ok, do I check this in Paypal or Able Commerce?

You need to check this in PayPal. You will see IPN notifications log there. See if they are going through or stuck there.

It says the IPN status is "disabled" but I have made no changes to PayPal or Able for paypal transactions.
