Wish List. How to know the purchaser?

Someone generated the wish list and send it to friends.
Friends purchased items through the wish list.

Someone want to know the purchaser regarding item.

Ablecommerce's wish list seems to view only the received quantity.

How to know the purchaser?

Maybe do some custom codes can do this like when some one comes to store using someone's wishlist then you can log this information somewhere in database.
