UPS Negotiated Rates Are NOT working

Does anyone have a fix for UPS negotiated rates? I am using version 7.0.2 and I noticed that AbleCommerce does NOT send the correct XML to receive our negotiated rates. Does anyone have a way to fix this?

You can contact Web2Market about it. I fixed it for a site by changing some code in the admin after I set up the UPS gateway the normal way. I've been keeping Able up to date on what I've found, but I don't know if their patch will apply as far back as 7.0.2.
