AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

How can I set up the Able Commerce site to offer a group percentage/fixed discount based on the total net value of the items in their cart.Eg you must spend a minimum of $100 net before the discount kicks in and they then receive the 10% discount off the total net value. I don't want it to be product specific or number of product specific, I want it to be based on the net value of what's in their cart.

Check out the Volume Discount settings in Configure-->Store. I looks like you should set them to group by category and then set your discount as global.
