Adding free product to the cart automatically

In AC, can we customize like if add X product into the cart, i get Y product free and it Y product should be added into the cart with price "0". Moreover, can i also build a relation like if i add 2 quantity of x product into the cart, 4 quantity of Y product should be added like free.
