Product failed to display in normal sorting

Second question for today: My site is using 3x3 format (3 rows x 3 columns) to display products. I found that some items "disappear" from the page even though I clicked the page number through the last page. Strange enough that another item will show up twice back to back to replace that missing item. The item that disappered could never show up until I changed the sorting order or by an exteme approach, deleting one of product in that catalog would bring the missing item back.

I tried to the "re-indexing" feature on the Admin page but it didn't help. This problem happend since 5.5, the 1st time I installed Able. If a customer know the orderID or key in a related keyword for searchng, then that missing item can show up.
Wondering if anyone has the same issue like mine?

Can you send link to the page where this problem can be seen?

It's not easy to find the problem as it only happened to a few item and can be ackowleged only when a custom complain that the item couldn't be found. Otherwise, it's hard to to find the 'missing item' from 465 items being listed. The way that I used to fix the problem was to create a duplicate item, then delete the original.

By the way, there is still an issue of OrderID and OrderNumber in v7.07 in "My Alert" . I think Able may need to take a look that issue that happening in the Alert area. When error occur, the system still mistakingly showing OrderID as an OrderNumber. So, when I searched for the order by using the system generate OrderNumber(indeed orderID), no record could be found.
