Yikes, I am having problems with UPS. Anyone else? My last order was 4 hours ago and customers can't pull us shipping methods. Getting ready to add custom shipping methods if this continues.

We are on our Able Custom rates now.

Note to Able: It would be nice to have backup rates go in effect is shipping gateway is down.

Domestic orders are starting to flow back in with custom rates. (I don't have custom rates set up on international orders)

Would someone kindly let me know when UPS is working again so I can switch back? I am giving some good discounts on domestic rates, so would like to revert back ASAP when fixed.

@bsweeney Thanks for the reply. Sounds like a good reason to have shipping method fail-over. If you have no shipping methods both the customer and merchant is screwed.
