Error on Customer Profile from Order summary

Question ot the user forum Guru's:

After deleting a user, I retrieving an order they had ordered before and clicking on Customer Profile it gets an error. Is there some error checking for this somewhere or some constraints on the tables so user cannot be deleted if an order exists?

If you deleted the user, then there would be no profile. It also happens that way with anonymous users who have placed an order and the user has been deleted by the maintenance routine.
