BOT Activity Detected on 7.0.5

I have tried to install this change, but the customer is still getting Bot Activity Detected.
The customer was using guest checkout, after she clicked Visa as her payment method she received the dreaded Bot Activity Detected message.

We've sometimes seen the same issue. We took the approach mentioned in another post

viewtopic.php?f=42&t=11820&p=58625&hili ... ity#p58625

and just completely disabled the BOT check in the code.
