AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I'm setting up a new store for a client who wants to use PayPal only. I entered their PayPal info int the AbleCommerce admin and turned on IPN for their payPal account. For some reason when i test the checkout it is giving customers two checkout options, PayPal and Pay by credit card. Why is that? Shouldn't it only show the PayPal option?

You've probably already checked this, but do you have just one Payment Gateway defined?
