Reversing print order

Now that we have upgraded to 7.0.7 we have lost the print order that we were using. We do not want to change the order that the new orders display on the Admin/Orders page (ie. newest order at the top of the page), but we want them to print out with the oldest order first (reverse of the standard setup). How can we get the print order to print the oldest order first, and the newest last?
