Is TLS Encryption in the store email setup possible??

I have recently switched email services and the new company requires a tls encryption to connect to their email servers. Is there a modification for this?

Just check the Enable SSL checkbox on the Configure Email Settings page. That should work for TLS encrypted email.

Make sure you've got the necessary ports open if firewalls are involved.
