Who do you use for merchant services?

Post by NC Software » Fri Dec 02, 2011 2:38 pm

Hi All,

Once upon a time I used Cardservice International and a few years back switched to Merchant e-Solutions. I was very happy to leave CSI but now I'm wondering if it's time to move again. Seems like the bills from Merchant e-Solutions have been getting steadily higher. Granted, more activity on my site but still, how much should we be paying for CC processing and related services? I use PayPal's PayFlow Pro which I'm fine with, used that since the get go long long ago. But the go between is what I need to reconsider.

Who do you use? Are you happy? Is it affordable? Favorable for disputes?

Thanks.

Howdy Neal,

You shouldn't be paying more than low 2% in fees, we don't push it but you can find e-online data's general rates at the following URL.

http://www.e-onlinedata.com/ablecommerce

It's using the authorize.net gateway.

One thing to remember is that selling downloadable good can limit your choices in merchant accounts.
Thanks for your support

Thanks Mike, I checked into your link and spoke with a salesman. I find that my provider Merchant e-Solutions is actually a better deal. Better rates, lower fees, just all in all better, so it was nice to compare. The sales guy was WAY pushy too, great way to push a customer away. Unfortunate. Well, at least I confirmed what I had was good.
